My 'body goals' were inspired by Demi Moore in Striptease (yep, you read that right). Let's just say, navigating the world of fitness was a lot like navigating a labyrinth—without a map.
Fast-forward to today. I’ve clocked in over 15 years of trial, error, and triumph in the fitness arena. I was so passionate about learning the intricacies of bodybuilding that I even designed an entire fashion collection around it during my fashion design degree. But it wasn't just about aesthetics; it was about feeling powerful, balanced, and above all, efficient.
Are you a busy professional, juggling a demanding career and a vibrant social life? I get you. Once upon a time, I was balancing a full-time job, commuting over two hours a day in bustling London, while also pursuing multiple qualifications (and yes, even moonlighting at the gym).
After earning my Personal Training certification in 2018 and later in 2020 teaching the qualification myself, I decided to leverage my lived experience and professional expertise to create transformational fitness journeys for women just like you.
What's my secret sauce? I believe in maximising results with the utmost efficiency. No more random burpees; no more generic workout plans. I focus solely on weightlifting methods that are scientifically proven to sculpt your body, especially if you're short on time.
With my recent certification in Nutrition in 2023, I've fine-tuned a comprehensive approach to wellness that aligns perfectly with a busy lifestyle.
