About Me / Your Story

I’m Niamh, a personal trainer, online coach, and corporate health coach dedicated to helping busy people build strength, improve their health, and feel confident in their bodies.

My journey started in 2006, back when fitness advice was hard to find and often unhelpful. I learned the ropes the long way, through years of trial, error, and education. That curiosity and persistence eventually led me to qualify as a personal trainer in 2018, begin teaching the qualification in 2020, and earn my nutrition certification in 2023.

Before working in fitness full-time, I balanced a demanding career, long commutes, and ongoing education — so I understand exactly what it’s like to fit health and training around a busy life. That’s why my coaching is built on efficiency, sustainability, and proven strategies, not fads or quick fixes.

Whether I’m working one-to-one in the gym, coaching clients online, or helping corporate teams improve their energy and performance, my approach is the same: simple, effective training and nutrition that work in real life.
